My latest ebook, Dark Nights of the Soul: Reflections on Faith and the Depressed Brain, is available for Kindle. If you missed the free promotion, sorry. But you can get it for $1.99 for a limited time.

I plan to release it in other formats, including paperback, audiobook, and other e-readers. But for now, it’s just Kindle. I will look for ways to help you save during those launches as well. Thanks for reading.

Subscribe to my email list, and you will receive a free copy of my report, “The One Thing You Must Get Right: The 5000 Most Important Words I Have Ever Written (So Far).”

I don’t know what opinions you have about the Bible, but love it or hate it, if you’re anywhere in the Western world, you cannot escape it. You can believe anything you want about it, but you cannot deny the impact it has had on every aspect of our lives. So do you think it would be a good idea to know what it’s about? What if I told you there is one verse, just one, you need to know in order to understand the Bible?

I have spent the last forty years studying the Bible intensely. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in how I’ve read it. I’ve seen other people make mistakes too. What right do I have to say my way of reading it is right, especially when I’ve been wrong in the past? How can we know?

I’m not saying I know, but I think I’ve found the answer. Turns out, Jesus gave us one rule that you must get right. Get this one thing right, and you’ll get the Bible right. Get this one thing wrong, and you’ll get the Bible wrong. It’s not John 3:16, in case you’re wondering. You’re probably skeptical, which is why I had to write this essay. In it I connect all the dots for you, so you can see why I think this is so important. So here I am, giving you the key to understanding the most important document ever published in the Western world–for free! Just click here.

{Free? What was I thinking?}
